The Right Jobs for Your Personality
Choosing a career is an important decision, (18) ____________. To help individuals identify suitable careers, scientists have developed personality tests, which are designed to help people come closer to finding their dream job. Psychologist John Holland, believing that people work best in environments that match their personalities, (19) ____________.
According to Holland’s theory, individuals may belong to several personality types, each of which is associated with particular preferences and skills.
